Daily Caller – Carlos Roman, Owner of ‘Bread & Barley’ in Covina,California is being sued by Los Angeles Superior Court for alleging violating emergency health orders. “Defendant operated outdoor dining at their restaurant and continued to operate after their public health permit was suspended,” the suit states.
